We will help you set up! We offer support for the new agent starting their career in insurance.  During the course of three weeks, we take the student through the following topics;   Avoiding Error and Omissions which focus’ on helping the agent be aware of items that are important when selling insurance and could impact them after the sale.  We also introduce the student to building a profitable book of business.  We review the agency procedure manual and take the agent through ezlynx training (multi carrier rating system), as well as how to leverage a website, use social media and create awareness in the community.

Personal Lines Education
For eight weeks we focus on Personal Lines Insurance. During this time we review the quoting process, calculating replacement cost on dwelling, introduction and usage of quoting forms, dwelling fire policy forms, homeowner’s policy forms, homeowners endorsements, automobile policy forms and personal umbrella policy forms.   Underwriting guidelines for carriers are also reviewed in great detail during this time.  The agent works one-on-one with our personal lines trainer during this time to learn the carriers and how to close the sale.

 Commercial Lines Education
This a 16 week course that focuses on Commercial Lines Insurance.   One on one mentoring is provided throughout the course and commercial lines submissions are paramount to the participants success.  Submissions provides the participant with real life experience while having the sole support of the commercial lines trainer.    The education focus is ISO form based and allows the participant to learn the ins and outs of various commercial lines coverages, how the carriers underwrite risks and how to sell the product to the client. The curriculum is based on the following lines of coverage:  Property, General Liability, Business Owners Policies, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, Garage and an overview of Cyber Liability, Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability and Professional Liability.

Complex Risk Education
This program is set up for an agent who wants to explore larger complex risks.  Each offering is set up as a Request for Proposal from the insured.  The participant acts as the agent quoting this risk.  During this course the participant must evaluate the risk for coverages currently in place, investigate coverages needed, explore risk management options and learn the underwriting process.  The participant will learn how to respond to a request for proposal, evaluate insureds needs both current and latent, create a quote request to the carrier, prepare the final presentation to the client and create a sales approach unique to the client all with one on one mentoring.

With any training program, mentoring is an integral part of the training process.  We approach our course work with that in mind.   With all of our course work, unless designated as a web course, the student will work one on one with the training no matter what the course is.  This allows us to provide individual attention and meet the specific needs of each individual participating in our course work!
